Nick Watkins 12th man for NSW Blues in Pura Cup - March 2007

Nick Watkins represented NSW Blues in a recent Pura Cup game against Tasmania. It is believed to be the first time that a deaf cricket player has reached that level.

Says Nick of his experience, "1 was 12th man for Saturday afternoon as I was close by, went on the field for 3 overs and fielded the ball a couple of times. It was a great experience."
